Propeller Solutions Group is the premier provider of laundry engineering, training, and consulting. We help our clients increase revenue and throughput, often without capital investment or added labor. When necessary, we develop the most cost-effective solutions for renovation to help our clients achieve their goals.

The newest division of our firm, Propeller Solutions Coach, helps improve businesses across all industry sectors through coaching, training, mentorship, and keynote speaking in these key areas: sales, customer service and retention, leadership, process improvement, strategic planning, and technology.

Our Name & Logo

Our founder likes to say that his goal is to help our clients and their businesses reach new heights of revenue, profit, throughput, and customer retention; that explains our company name.

As for the logo, it is intended to be evocative, in a whimsical way, of our reputation for taking an analytical, data-driven, and some might say, nerdy, approach to solutions. Wikipedia notes that in the 1940s the propeller beanie was emblematic of science fiction fandom and that today, as a result, computer savvy and other technically proficient people are sometimes called propellerheads. That’s why we wear our propeller beanies proudly.

About Our Founder

David Bernstein

The company was founded by David Bernstein, who is now in his third decade of serving the laundry industry. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, David’s experience includes machinery manufacturing and specification, engineering consulting, customer service and sales, laundry planning, process improvement, and operations. David is known as an industry volunteer and advocate, is the recipient of numerous industry awards, and has served on several industry Boards of Directors and committees. He is a frequent and sought-after public speaker, and is a long-time faculty member of several industry institutes and colleges.
