This new division of our company will help improve businesses across all industry sectors through coaching, training, mentorship, and keynote speaking in these key areas: sales, customer service and retention, leadership, process improvement, human resources, strategic planning, and technology.
“Over the years, I have become a sought-after public speaker and educator, and I have provided mentorship and coaching to individuals, teams, and companies in a variety of industry sectors, particularly in the areas of sales, customer service, operations, and process improvement, so this addition to our offerings should make perfect sense to our clients and friends,” said David Bernstein, the company’s founder.
To bolster its offerings and provide proven, teachable, and repeatable methods to its students, clients, and mentees, Bernstein recently became a certified Griffin Hill coach and trainer. Griffin Hill is widely known as a leader in human performance and engineering, providing process, plays, metrics, and coaching to help organizations see dramatic and sustainable improvements and increases in sales, customer service, customer retention, employee satisfaction, revenue, and profits.
“I have been a Griffin Hill adherent and advocate for nearly 15 years and have trained multiple teams in the Griffin Hill system. The results have been staggering, and I can’t wait to bring these methodologies to more companies, teams, and individuals,” said Bernstein.
In addition to coaching individuals, teams, and companies, the firm plans to present multiple in-person educational seminars each year, the first of which will be in Empowered Customer Care toward the end of 2022. Dates will be announced at a later time.
